In the August auction, the government mopped up a total of ₹1,50,173 crore (₹1,501.7 billion) through the auction that witnessed 40 rounds of bidding by four companies-Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea and Adani Data Networks-spread over seven days.
